The CC DART is a well-trained and well-equipped mobilized strike team made up of volunteers from the Northeast TN Medical Reserve Corps Unit # 1340. They come to the aid of livestock farmers and pet owners during a natural disaster or manmade emergency. CC DART members help their community by moving effected pets and livestock to areas, that have not been impacted, for their safety, feeding and shelter and to promote and protect the general welfare of the citizens of Carter County Tennessee, the Northeast Tennessee Region, and the State of Tennessee.
